最近某台比較少開的 Win7 Enterprise 一開機又遇到 KMS 授權超過 180 天未連線、授權失效需要續期但卻失敗的問題。google 之後決定把解法記下來以免之後又忘了...

問題：使用 KMS 啟用的 Windows 7 Enterprise 在大量授權逾期後，再次啟用卻遇到啟用失敗，並顯示「Windows 目前在非正版通知期內執行，請執行 "slui.exe" 到線上驗證 Windows」的訊息。

病灶：根據政大電算中心網頁，這是 MS KB971033 造成的問題，此 KB 不適用於 KMS 啟用環境。

解法：

1) 由 Programs and Features 之 View installed updates 頁面移除 KB971033 以防止再次發生。

2) 以 Administrator 權限開啟 cmd.exe，並依序執行下列指令：
>slmgr.vbs -rearm
(system reboot)
>slmgr.vbs -skms xx.xx.xx.xx
>slmgr.vbs -ato
